We select a tiny fraction of the parcels we review, ensuring each offering is of the highest quality. Each farm and its legal title are placed into a unique entity (usually an LLC). The unique entity establishes a real estate contract with the land owner and is provided time to complete due diligence, legal work and raise funds on Enjoyment. The typical time period for this is 30-90 days.

Each entity is divided into fractional shares. You may purchase any amount of shares at or above the minimum investment.

Its potential goes beyond acquisition of farmland, Fidelity Tradex outsources with the best chance of matching and perhaps even surpassing, the success and production of agricultural outputs. For high networth investors, ownership of Agricultural portfolio could be used as collateral to loan contracts from Pinnacle Spring that do not require a bank.

Fidelity Tradex handles all aspects of administration and management, from insurance and accounting to working with local farmers and improving soil sustainability. This averts loopholes and protects investors interest leading to continual green in profit.

Fidellity Tradex disburses excess annual income to investors. Historically, this asset class has an unlevered yield of 10% - 20%. Note that this cash yield is in addition to expected annual value appreciation. We pay out cash distributions to investors in each farm.

Investors will generally hold ownership for 5-10 years. Upon sale of the land, you receive any applicable previously unreturned principal plus their pro rata share of any appreciation of the land during the holding period.
